confirm the technical defect.
Returning the Product: If the defect is confirmed, you
will receive detailed instructions on how to send the product back to us. In
this case, the shipping costs will be covered by the company.
Once the product has been received and inspected by our
technical team, you will have the following options:
Product Exchange: You can choose to receive a new product
identical to the one purchased, provided it is available in stock.
Refund: If you prefer, you can request a full refund of
the amount paid for the product. The refund will be made via the same payment
method used for the purchase.
General Conditions:
Product Condition: The returned product must be in the
same condition as when received, with all original accessories and packaging.
Return Limits: The right to return for technical defects
